I will not come back. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During check-in, the staff took my IC but failed to return it, and no one bothered to call me about it. I only realized it was missing the next day when I had already left for an important medical appointment. I had to waste time and money taking a Grab all the way back, which caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. What upset me even more was the manager, Mr. Edric’s, response. Instead of offering real help, he only reassured me that the mistake would not be repeated. There was no effort to assist or make up for the trouble I went through. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

The hotel location is strategic, outsite lot of parking and walking distance to get food and mini MARKET. Comment: 1. Interior of hotel is not really renovated, found water is drop from ceiling at corridor. 2. Found same moset in the room is soft to step on and toilet cleanliness is average. Hope the comment can be improve in future. Anyway, I'm still enjoy to stay the hotel with the low price

The hotel staff arranged a room( Ground floor) for us,but we requested to change another room because the room has smoking smell badly…we can smell corridor with smoking smell also. second, we changed to new room and the room dont have TV abd hair dryer and washroom is ‘yellowish’.So this is not newly renovated although it is stated in website.

3泊しました。ホテルは値段相応ですが、レセプションのかたがとても親切で、なんでもすぐに対応してくれました。食事する場所もあり、サンウェイ・ピラミッドへも徒歩圏內です。コインランドリーも徒歩5分ほどのところにあります。
